- Display: Digital or dial interface.
- Basic Buttons: Up/Down for temperature, Mode (Cool/Heat/Fan/Auto), Power On/Off.
2. Air Conditioning/Heating Unit

- Use the Up/Down arrows to set your desired temperature.

- Select Mode as above.
3. Adjusting Airflow

C. Troubleshooting Common Issues
1. The Unit Won’t Turn On
- Ensure the unit is plugged in.
- Check if the Power button is responding (try both panel and remote).
- Look for a wall switch labeled “A/C” or “Power”—ensure it’s ON.
- If using a remote, check or replace the batteries.
2. The Room Isn’t Cooling/Heating
- Confirm the Mode is set correctly (Cool for A/C, Heat for heating).
- Set the temperature at least 2°C lower (for cooling) or higher (for heating) than the current room temperature.
- Make sure windows and doors are closed.
- Wait 5–10 minutes for temperature change.
3. Unusual Noises or Smells
- Turn the unit OFF and ON again.
- Check for any visible obstructions or debris near the vents.
- If the issue persists, leave the unit OFF and proceed to request maintenance.
4. The Remote Doesn’t Work
- Try new batteries.
- Make sure nothing is blocking the signal between remote and unit.
- Use the wall panel if available.
